Apocalypse Hotel Anime Reveals April 8 Premiere Date and Spin-Off Manga

The new original anime from CyberAgent and their CygamesPictures studio, APOCALYPSE HOTEL, revealed an April 8, 2025 premiere date and a spin-off manga series. The manga adaptation will be illustrated by Izumi Takemoto, who is also serving as the anime’s character designer. It has been officially titled Apocalypse Hotel Pusu Pusu, and it will begin in Takeshobo’s Storia Dash website in April.

The anime previously revealed the first trailer and visual, along with announcing Saho ‌Shirasu as the voice of the main character Yachiyo. The character is also featured in the announcement illustration for the spin-off manga, which you can see below.

APOCALYPSE HOTEL will be directed by Kana ‌Shundo. It was previously announced that the anime will have original character designs by Izumi Takemoto, with Shigeru Murakoshi on the series composition. Other staff members include Natsuki ‌Yokoyama as the character designer, Kohei ‌‌Honda as the art director, Satoki Iida as the sound director and Yoshiaki ‌Fujisawa as the music composer.

The official synopsis:

The Earth where mankind has disappeared and civilization has collapsed.

“Currently, the number of guests staying: 0, new reservations for today: 0, homepage views yesterday: 0. Goal not achieved.”

This is the story that unfolds in a hotel where humanity no longer exists.
